i want to purchase a car (suv) from ramgarh cantt csd canteen. How i purchase from canteen. I am retired from Indian army as a Hav.

CSD at JAMSHEDPUR which is presently run by local unit here is in very bad shape not able to handle crowd more over seems to be not interested to run canteen and passing time and is under local Pssp group and leaders of these groups they take items in odd hours also.
My suggestion is it should be handed over again to Punjab regiment as earlier.

Please intimate procedures to withdrawal of deposited amount credited in Canteen Store Department Ramgarh Cantt Account for purchase of four whiller and purchase order not been issued till date. Due to long lock down due to pandemic covid 19, I am unable to collect vehicle from Maruti Agency as leave of defences pers restricted.
