ଚକାର ଚଂଡତାଂଡଵଂ ତନୋତୁ ନଃ ଶିଵଃ ଶିଵମ୍ ॥ 1 ॥

ଜଟାକଟାହସଂଭ୍ରମଭ୍ରମନ୍ନିଲିଂପନିର୍ଝରୀ-

ଧଗଦ୍ଧଗଦ୍ଧଗଜ୍ଜ୍ଵଲଲ୍ଲଲାଟପଟ୍ଟପାଵକେ
କିଶୋରଚଂଦ୍ରଶେଖରେ ରତିଃ ପ୍ରତିକ୍ଷଣଂ ମମ ॥ 2 ॥

ଧରାଧରେଂଦ୍ରନଂଦିନୀଵିଲାସବଂଧୁବଂଧୁର
ସ୍ଫୁରଦ୍ଦିଗଂତସଂତତିପ୍ରମୋଦମାନମାନସେ ।
କୃପାକଟାକ୍ଷଧୋରଣୀନିରୁଦ୍ଧଦୁର୍ଧରାପଦି
କ୍ଵଚିଦ୍ଦିଗଂବରେ ମନୋ ଵିନୋଦମେତୁ ଵସ୍ତୁନି ॥ 3 ॥

ଜଟାଭୁଜଂଗପିଂଗଳସ୍ଫୁରତ୍ଫଣାମଣିପ୍ରଭା
କଦଂବକୁଂକୁମଦ୍ରଵପ୍ରଲିପ୍ତଦିଗ୍ଵଧୂମୁଖେ ।
ମଦାଂଧସିଂଧୁରସ୍ଫୁରତ୍ତ୍ଵଗୁତ୍ତରୀୟମେଦୁରେ
ମନୋ ଵିନୋଦମଦ୍ଭୁତଂ ବିଭର୍ତୁ ଭୂତଭର୍ତରି ॥ 4 ॥

ସହସ୍ରଲୋଚନପ୍ରଭୃତ୍ୟଶେଷଲେଖଶେଖର
ପ୍ରସୂନଧୂଳିଧୋରଣୀ ଵିଧୂସରାଂଘ୍ରିପୀଠଭୂଃ ।
ଭୁଜଂଗରାଜମାଲୟା ନିବଦ୍ଧଜାଟଜୂଟକ
ଶ୍ରିୟୈ ଚିରାୟ ଜାୟତାଂ ଚକୋରବଂଧୁଶେଖରଃ ॥ 5 ॥

ଲଲାଟଚତ୍ଵରଜ୍ଵଲଦ୍ଧନଂଜୟସ୍ଫୁଲିଂଗଭା-
-ନିପୀତପଂଚସାୟକଂ ନମନ୍ନିଲିଂପନାୟକମ୍ ।
ସୁଧାମୟୂଖଲେଖୟା ଵିରାଜମାନଶେଖରଂ
ମହାକପାଲିସଂପଦେଶିରୋଜଟାଲମସ୍ତୁ ନଃ ॥ 6 ॥

କରାଲଫାଲପଟ୍ଟିକାଧଗଦ୍ଧଗଦ୍ଧଗଜ୍ଜ୍ଵଲ-
ଦ୍ଧନଂଜୟାଧରୀକୃତପ୍ରଚଂଡପଂଚସାୟକେ ।
ଧରାଧରେଂଦ୍ରନଂଦିନୀକୁଚାଗ୍ରଚିତ୍ରପତ୍ରକ-
-ପ୍ରକଲ୍ପନୈକଶିଲ୍ପିନି ତ୍ରିଲୋଚନେ ମତିର୍ମମ ॥ 7 ॥

ନଵୀନମେଘମଂଡଲୀ ନିରୁଦ୍ଧଦୁର୍ଧରସ୍ଫୁରତ୍-
କୁହୂନିଶୀଥିନୀତମଃ ପ୍ରବଂଧବଂଧୁକଂଧରଃ ।
ନିଲିଂପନିର୍ଝରୀଧରସ୍ତନୋତୁ କୃତ୍ତିସିଂଧୁରଃ
କଳାନିଧାନବଂଧୁରଃ ଶ୍ରିୟଂ ଜଗଦ୍ଧୁରଂଧରଃ ॥ 8 ॥

ପ୍ରଫୁଲ୍ଲନୀଲପଂକଜପ୍ରପଂଚକାଲିମପ୍ରଭା-
-ଵିଲଂବିକଂଠକଂଦଲୀରୁଚିପ୍ରବଦ୍ଧକଂଧରମ୍ ।
ସ୍ମରଚ୍ଛିଦଂ ପୁରଚ୍ଛିଦଂ ଭଵଚ୍ଛିଦଂ ମଖଚ୍ଛିଦଂ
ଗଜଚ୍ଛିଦାଂଧକଚ୍ଛିଦଂ ତମଂତକଚ୍ଛିଦଂ ଭଜେ ॥ 9 ॥

ଅଗର୍ଵସର୍ଵମଂଗଳାକଳାକଦଂବମଂଜରୀ
ରସପ୍ରଵାହମାଧୁରୀ ଵିଜୃଂଭଣାମଧୁଵ୍ରତମ୍ ।
ସ୍ମରାଂତକଂ ପୁରାଂତକଂ ଭଵାଂତକଂ ମଖାଂତକଂ
ଗଜାଂତକାଂଧକାଂତକଂ ତମଂତକାଂତକଂ ଭଜେ ॥ 10 ॥

ଜୟତ୍ଵଦଭ୍ରଵିଭ୍ରମଭ୍ରମଦ୍ଭୁଜଂଗମଶ୍ଵସ-
-ଦ୍ଵିନିର୍ଗମତ୍କ୍ରମସ୍ଫୁରତ୍କରାଲଫାଲହଵ୍ୟଵାଟ୍ ।
ଧିମିଦ୍ଧିମିଦ୍ଧିମିଧ୍ଵନନ୍ମୃଦଂଗତୁଂଗମଂଗଳ
ଧ୍ଵନିକ୍ରମପ୍ରଵର୍ତିତ ପ୍ରଚଂଡତାଂଡଵଃ ଶିଵଃ ॥ 11 ॥

ଦୃଷଦ୍ଵିଚିତ୍ରତଲ୍ପୟୋର୍ଭୁଜଂଗମୌକ୍ତିକସ୍ରଜୋର୍-
-ଗରିଷ୍ଠରତ୍ନଲୋଷ୍ଠୟୋଃ ସୁହୃଦ୍ଵିପକ୍ଷପକ୍ଷୟୋଃ ।
ତୃଷ୍ଣାରଵିଂଦଚକ୍ଷୁଷୋଃ ପ୍ରଜାମହୀମହେଂଦ୍ରୟୋଃ
ସମଂ ପ୍ରଵର୍ତୟନ୍ମନଃ କଦା ସଦାଶିଵଂ ଭଜେ ॥ 12 ॥

କଦା ନିଲିଂପନିର୍ଝରୀନିକୁଂଜକୋଟରେ ଵସନ୍
ଵିମୁକ୍ତଦୁର୍ମତିଃ ସଦା ଶିରଃସ୍ଥମଂଜଲିଂ ଵହନ୍ ।
ଵିମୁକ୍ତଲୋଲଲୋଚନୋ ଲଲାଟଫାଲଲଗ୍ନକଃ
ଶିଵେତି ମଂତ୍ରମୁଚ୍ଚରନ୍ ସଦା ସୁଖୀ ଭଵାମ୍ୟହମ୍ ॥ 13 ॥

ଇମଂ ହି ନିତ୍ୟମେଵମୁକ୍ତମୁତ୍ତମୋତ୍ତମଂ ସ୍ତଵଂ
ପଠନ୍ସ୍ମରନ୍ବ୍ରୁଵନ୍ନରୋ ଵିଶୁଦ୍ଧିମେତିସଂତତମ୍ ।
ହରେ ଗୁରୌ ସୁଭକ୍ତିମାଶୁ ୟାତି ନାନ୍ୟଥା ଗତିଂ
ଵିମୋହନଂ ହି ଦେହିନାଂ ସୁଶଂକରସ୍ୟ ଚିଂତନମ୍ ॥ 14 ॥

ପୂଜାଵସାନସମୟେ ଦଶଵକ୍ତ୍ରଗୀତଂ ୟଃ
ଶଂଭୁପୂଜନପରଂ ପଠତି ପ୍ରଦୋଷେ ।
ତସ୍ୟ ସ୍ଥିରାଂ ରଥଗଜେଂଦ୍ରତୁରଂଗୟୁକ୍ତାଂ
ଲକ୍ଷ୍ମୀଂ ସଦୈଵ ସୁମୁଖିଂ ପ୍ରଦଦାତି ଶଂଭୁଃ ॥ 15 ॥
