There is a delay in processing of application for purchase of AFD items through CSD. What is procedure to get back amount already deposited into account of CSD Depot Chennai. Since delay at the part of URC Canteen (AF Stn Tambaram) legally am I eligible for claiming daily interest for amount deposited.

Sir,
I has been applied a Honda Amaze VS MT through Stn Canteen, Tiruchirappalli last month, till date no PO is not issued. SBI Trichy has been deducted EMI Rs.11,000/- PM through my pension account. Stn CSD Canteen has been stated that CSD Depot Chennai is not giving permission to our canteen. So you are requested to release my purchase order to stn canteen Trichy. Already I paid my car amount Rs.663092/- to CSD Depot, Chennai throught RTG.
