Overview of Notary Interview 2023 Maharashtra
During the interview, the notary verifies the identity of the individual, reviews the document, and ensures that the individual understands the contents of the document before signing it. The notary also confirms that the signature is genuine and made voluntarily, without coercion or undue influence.
Notarization is required for various legal documents such as affidavits, deeds, agreements, and contracts to ensure their authenticity and prevent fraud. Notaries are authorized by the government to perform these duties and are responsible for upholding the law and maintaining the integrity of the notarial process.
Starting from April 17, 2023, online interviews are being conducted to appoint Central Public Notaries for the state of Maharashtra. The attached list contains the applicants scheduled for interviews on May 1, 2023 (Monday) (S.No.12001-13200) and May 2, 2023 (Tuesday) (S.No.13201-14520) from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. and 2:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M.
The applicants have already been notified via email regarding the interview schedule and the link for the online interview. The schedule for the remaining applicants will be communicated shortly. Applicants are advised not to make any inquiries about this matter.
