Some of them went to Saroornagar Stadium and other places, while the HMDA program was actually held at PR Ambedkar Open University. One prospective buyer, speaking on the condition of anonymity, stated, “I came to this location after being informed that a lottery would be held here. When we called HMDA officials, they promised to send us the location address through SMS, but we have not received it.”
