The objective of this Online Portal is to enable CSD beneficiaries including Serving and Retired personnel of Central Civil Services, Group ‘A’ Officers of the Defence Services and their spouses about 45 Lakh CSD beneficiaries including Serving & Retired personnel of Central Civil Services, Group ‘A’ Officers of the Defence Services and their spouses to avail the benefits under various schemes/programmes.
AFD CSD Help Desk
The help desk provides support for end users when they are in need. These are the people who handle the incoming calls and emails to make sure that all queries are addressed in a timely manner. They even provide remote support for technical issues when the problem is too complex to be resolved by an in-person repair.

Registering with afd.csdindia.gov.in is a simple process of filling out a few fields and providing some basic personal information.
Navigate to the afd.csdindia.gov.in homepage and click on the Login Registration link in the middle of page of the screen to start registration
Fill out all required information in the registration form
Submit registration form by clicking on “Register” button at last
